Terms of Use

By accessing or using Kingdom Connect, the official digital platform of Kingdom United Churches of Christ (KUCC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and users of Kingdom Connect, including those who submit coalition applications, access the member portal, or interact with any feature of the platform.

Kingdom Connect is the official ministry management platform of Kingdom United Churches of Christ. It is designed to: • Facilitate ministry connections between KUCC and affiliated churches, fellowships, and leaders • Manage ministerial credentials and appointment records • Coordinate events, announcements, and ministry communications • Support Kingdom Coalition membership and applications • Provide a member portal for credentialed ministers and affiliated leaders This platform is intended for ministry use and is not a general social network or commercial marketplace.

Member accounts on Kingdom Connect are issued by KUCC administration. To receive a member account, you must be an approved member, credentialed minister, or affiliated leader within the KUCC network. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify KUCC administration immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. KUCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used inappropriately.

You agree to use Kingdom Connect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with KUCC • Submit false or misleading information in coalition applications or member profiles • Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation

Ministerial credentials issued through Kingdom Connect are official records of Kingdom United Churches of Christ. These credentials: • Are issued solely at the discretion of KUCC leadership • May be revoked at any time for cause • Are not transferable to other organizations • Should not be misrepresented or used outside the context of KUCC affiliation Misuse or misrepresentation of KUCC credentials is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate revocation and other appropriate action.

Submission of a Kingdom Coalition application does not guarantee acceptance. KUCC reserves the right to approve, decline, or request additional information for any application. All application information must be truthful and accurate. Approved coalition members agree to uphold the values, standards, and guidelines of Kingdom United Churches of Christ as communicated by KUCC leadership.

All content on Kingdom Connect, including text, graphics, logos, and platform design, is the property of Kingdom United Churches of Christ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from KUCC.

Kingdom Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KUCC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom United Churches of Christ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kingdom Connect or these terms.

KUCC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered members of significant changes. Your continued use of Kingdom Connect after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
